• Full payment is required at checkout
• Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.

All hair listed on our website is held in stock and subject to availability.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Coile Muse will:

• offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
• Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
• Processing time does not include delivery time

Please note:
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays
• Coile Muse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
